In the most beautiful Mexican Caribbean setting, Mandarina Art Gallery Cancún brings together, in one place, the majestic art of various
famous American artists that shaped the history of Latin America.
From the 6th to the 8th of December 2012, the Banyan Tree Mayakoba Resort will host a major art auction of Latin American work from a private collection.
This superb collection consists of the work of some of America’s most famous artists, including that of: Rufino Tamayo, David Alfaro Siqueiros, Diego Rivera, Dr. Atl, Alfredo Zalce, Francisco Toledo, Pedro Coronel, Jesus Reyes, Rodolfo Nieto, Sergio Hernandez, Ricardo Martinez, Rodolfo Morales, Carlos Mérida, Leonora Carrington and Remedios Varo and others.
The reason of this program is to present a unique event in the Riviera Maya that will be repeated annually and with an international reach that will soon make this destination a landmark of culture and art. The event will bring collectors, casual buyers, investors, dealers, brokers and auctioneers. Great Masters of Contemporary Latin American Fine Art will be limited to 150 people only. The Banyan Tree Mayakoba Resort in the Riviera Maya will provide the lodging as well as all activities for this event to ensure their success.
The event consists of an Exhibition and an Auction, of which a contribution from the proceeds will go towards the construction of a Community Center for Cancun’s International Rotary Club social and charity programs.
In order to make strategic alliances with related brands or brands with interest in art, the Organizing Committee has developed an attractive Sponsorship Program in which companies that join this program will gain a direct approach to a wide and very prospective audience.

En el más bello escenario del Caribe Mexicano, Mandarina Art Gallery Cancún reúne en un solo lugar la majestuosidad del arte de diversos artistas plásticos que marcaron la historia de Latinoamérica.
Del 6 al 8 de Diciembre de 2012, el Hotel Banyan Tree Mayakoba, uno de los más exclusivos desarrollos turísticos residenciales de México, ubicado en la Riviera Maya, será la sede de una importante subasta de arte de Obra Latinoamericana, de una colección privada.
En esta magnífica colección se encuentra obra de los artistas: Rufino Tamayo, David Alfaro Siqueiros, Diego Rivera, Dr. Atl, Alfredo Zalce, Francisco Toledo, Pedro Coronel, Jesús “Chucho” Reyes, Rodolfo Nieto, Sergio Hernández, Ricardo Martínez, Rodolfo Morales, Carlos Mérida, Leonora Carrington y Remedios Varo entre otros.
El objetivo es presentar en la Riviera Maya un evento único en su tipo que será replicado anualmente, teniendo muy pronto un alcance internacional, convirtiendo a este destino turístico en un referente de la cultura y el arte. Participarán en el evento coleccionistas, compradores ocasionales, inversionistas, galeristas, corredores y subastadores.
GREAT MASTERS OF CONTEMPORARY LATIN AMERICAN FINE ART tendrá un cupo limitado a 150 personas. Este evento contempla el hospedaje dentro de las instalaciones del Hotel Banyan Tree Mayakoba, en la Riviera Maya, así como todas las actividades para asegurar su éxito. El evento consiste en una Subasta y una Exposición, de las cuales se destinará una aportación de los recursos obtenidos a los trabajos de construcción de un Centro Comunitario, para obra social del Club Rotario Cancún Internacional.
Con la finalidad de realizar alianzas estratégicas con marcas relacionadas o con interés en el arte, el comité organizador ha desarrollado un atractivo programa de patrocinios en el que las empresas que se sumen a este programa obtendrán un acercamiento con público potencial de manera directa.
